CFO, Customer Service Representative

Sue has been with Lakes Print as the CFO/Bookkeeper and Customer Service Representative since July 2004 after she moved from Grand Rapids, Michigan to marry Rick. Sue has a degree in Elementary Education but has also taken many business classes and had worked in the banking industry for twenty years before making the switch to the printing business. Sue and Rick hope to grow the family business which was begun more than 50 years ago By Rick’s parents by providing quality cutting-edge products and services to our customers, as well as forming a relationship where we can make our customer’s lives easier and more profitable.

Sue has 2 daughters – Laura, who stayed in Michigan to attend college and Lisa, who made the move to Iowa with her and now attends Northwestern College in Orange City.
She loves visiting them whenever she can.

Sue loves to golf and wants to master the game, even though she only started golfing 4 years ago. She also enjoys spending time with her family – including attending all the music and sporting events of Rick’s girls Laura & Emily. Sue also loves camping in their 29' travel trailer – especially with friends.
